No, we do not supply safety equipment or goggles. Renters are responsible for bringing their own helmets, protective eyewear, and any other desired safety gear.

Yes, but there are strict safety restrictions. Any rider under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, all riders (including children) must be 46 inches or taller and have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to riding.

We make it easy for you! The UTV will be delivered directly to Red Sands and arrives with a full tank of gas so you can start riding immediately.

The driver is fully responsible for the safety of all passengers. You are also held completely liable for any physical damage to the vehicle and any necessary recovery/towing costs if the UTV gets stuck or breaks down.

You pay at the end of your rental. The final total will cover the base rental fee plus the cost to replace however much fuel was used during your ride.

Yes. All drivers are required to sign a formal rental contract and a damage waiver before heading out onto the trails.

Yes, a deposit is required before you can take the UTV out. The deposit amount varies and depends directly on the specific vehicle model you choose to rent.

You should wear long sleeves and long pants to protect your skin from sun exposure, scratches, and flung debris. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required. We also strongly recommend bringing eyewear (like sunglasses or goggles), a face mask (or bandana) for the dust, and plenty of sunscreen to defend against the sun.

Absolutely! Our UTVs are great for groups. For safety, we require that all passengers are at least 60 inches tall for front seats and 46 inches tall for rear seats.

Nope! Leave the deep cleaning to us. Just bring it back as it is, and we will handle the wash down.

• Stay on marked trails: Cutting your own path causes environmental damage and can lead to area closures.
• Yield to others: UTVs should give the right-of-way to hikers, bicyclists, and horses. When passing, slow down significantly so you don't kick up dust.
  
• Leave no trace: Pack out everything you pack in. Do not litter on the trails.
• Maintain a safe distance: Stay 3-to-5 car lengths behind the vehicle in front of you. Never follow a vehicle up a hill until it has safely reached the top.
• Slow down on turns to prevent rollovers
• Slow down at the top of hills and sand dunes to make sure it doesn't abruptly drop off at the top and to prevent sliding or rolling down the hill. 

There are several off road maps you can download that have some trail navigation. 

If all else fails you can use google maps to navigate back to a familiar area/parking area.
